Islamic Relief is an international relief and development charity founded in 1984 with its headquarters in Birmingham, UK. As well as responding to disasters and emergencies, Islamic Relief promotes sustainable economic and social development by working with local communities – regardless of race, religion, or gender. In Kosovo, Islamic Relief started its activity in 1999.

Islamic Relief Kosova is currently looking for a potential candidate to join our dedicated Team.

✨ JOB PURPOSE:

• Assisting in the planning and coordination of educational courses, trainings, and workshops.
• Supporting registration and attendance tracking of students/beneficiaries.
• Preparing and maintaining project documentation, databases, and reports.
• Coordinating communication with trainers, students, and parents as required.
• Assisting with procurement of materials and resources needed for the Education Center.
• Supporting the monitoring and evaluation of project activities and outcomes.
• Handling day-to-day administrative and office management tasks for the project.
• Providing logistical support for events, meetings, and project-related activities.
• Assisting with other duties relevant to the project as assigned by the Line Manager.

🔗 KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS 

• Reports directly to the Line Manager.
• Works closely with project staff, trainers, and administrative colleagues.
• Liaises with beneficiaries, parents, and stakeholders as required.

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Education, Social Sciences, Management, or another relevant field.
• Previous experience in project administration, education, NGO or community-based initiatives preferred.
• Familiarity with educational program delivery and administrative procedures.

🛠 SKILLS

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to prepare accurate reports and maintain databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Albanian and English.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads effectively.

📚 KNOWLEDGE

• Understanding of educational program management and community engagement.
• Knowledge of child safeguarding and protection principles is an advantage.

• Ability to manage day-to-day administrative and educational support tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
